I’ve been blocked due to potentially automated or malicious behaviour

If you have been blocked by an automated UBC Cybersecurity system, like a firewall, please submit a support request to help@it.ubc.ca. Make sure to reference the following:

  • UBC Cybersecurity
  • Provide the “ITSA – <#####>” code and/or a screenshot in your support request

The UBC Cybersecurity team will be able to assist and unblock you. Alternatively, you may try clearing your browser cache/cookies and trying again.
