Entrada receives your Profile information from different sources depending on your user type. A guide for each type can be found below. Please note that any changes will take between 24 to 48 hours before they are reflected in Entrada.
UGME Students
UGME Student information in Entrada originates from the Student Information Services Center (SISC). Find out more on how to change this information here.
Faculty and Staff
Staff and Faculty profile information originates from Workday. For further details on changing your legal name, please refer to this guide. To update your contact information, the Primary (Work) email field in Workday must be updated, please refer to this guide.
Postgrad Residents
If you are a Postgrad Resident, please contact the Postgrad office to request the information change on RMS. They can be reached at postgrad@postgrad.med.ubc.ca.
